Buddhism - Nothing but everything - Zen

Bodhidharma's definition:

A special transmission outside the scriptures;
No dependence on words and letters;
Direct pointing to the mind of man;
Seeing into one's nature and attaining Buddhahood.

Zen teaches that enlightenment is achieved through the profound realization that one is already an enlightened being.
